Soaring ceilings open up into massive skylights in this adobe-themed (wood beams, faux clay walls, rustic raw-plank tables) taqueria, which uses organic vegetables in traditional and California-fied Mexican dishes. The menu includes seafood plates, salads, and "street food" sides join tacos, taquitos, tortas, fajitas and of course burritos, which are several ounces lighter and a couple of bucks heavier than at most Mission joints--not that the weight- conscious and financially-uninhibited Marina crowd should mind much. Mole sauce, nopales (cactus) and Pipian (pumpkin) are house specialties and are made into fresh salsas and can be ordered as toppings...
